Privado is a boutique P+5 residential building in București. Its 60-second film moves from architecture to light, materials and terraces, at the pace of someone walking through their future home.
The challenge01
Small premium buildings compete with large developments that have far bigger budgets. Privado had to feel more personal and more carefully made than any of them.
The approach02
A restrained system: bronze line-work that draws the logo, the map and the building's volume, condensed type set right into the footage, and a 3D model that stacks the P+5 floors in rhythm with the music.
The outcome03
A flagship film plus a kit of chapters (architecture, light, materials, terraces). Each one works on its own as a social cut.
